Having triumphed over life’s challenges, she holds a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. Despite facing hurdles due to her disability, she refuses to label herself as disabled. Today, she passionately leads an NGO dedicated to the well-being of special needs children and orphans in Pakistan, embodying resilience and compassion.

Our Story

Noor ul Saba, despite being a physically distinctive and orphaned child, pursued an excellent education without viewing herself as different from her peers. Motivated by her personal belief, she declared, “I am not disabled; I am differently abled, inspiring the world with the uniqueness bestowed upon me by Allah .” With a determined spirit, she established an NGO for disabled and orphaned individuals in honor of her late father, Najeeb ur Rehman. As a student, she initiated the first project of the Najeeb ur Rehman Foundation, titled “A Step Towards Life,” alongside her dedicated team on September 22, 2022, at the Society School of Child Development Mughalpura Campus in Lahore

Our foundation vision is to create an inclusive society where disabled and needy individuals are valued ,respected, and have equal opportunties to thrive and lead fulfilling lives

WE envision a world where the disabled,orphan nd needy individuals are embraced with compassion empowered with unwavering supports, and celebrated for their unique abilities.
We can strive to break down the barriers, ignite hope and create a future filled with boundless opportunities for all.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support and safeguard individuals facing challenges due to disabilities, ensuring a higher standard of living. We strive to raise awareness in society about their unique needs, fostering independence and empowering them to step out, embrace life, and move forward without letting their challenges become obstacles.

To achieve this, we are committed to establishing vocational training institutes, counseling centers, and disability awareness programs at the parental and social levels, expanding across Punjab and throughout Pakistan.
