On October 21, 2024, the Najeeb ur Rehman Foundation (A Step Towards Life) successfully organized an awareness seminar titled “Disability is Not a Choice, But Discrimination Is” at Govt. Associate Degree College for Women, Salmat Pura Canal Bank, Lahore.

The seminar aimed to educate and sensitize students about the challenges faced by differently-abled individuals and promote a more inclusive and respectful society.

CEO Noor ul Saba and the foundation’s dedicated team members actively engaged with the students, providing insights on how to treat differently-abled individuals with dignity, empathy, and equality. The session highlighted the importance of breaking societal barriers, eliminating discrimination, and fostering an environment of inclusivity.

The event concluded with an interactive discussion, where students shared their thoughts and pledged to contribute towards creating a society that embraces diversity and supports differently-abled individuals.
